Project: Custom Home
Location: Spring Grove, IL
This is a 3,400 square foot, four bedroom spec home that we built. It features dual master bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. It has an award winning kitchen that opens into the great room and breakfast area. The three car garage has a large bonus room above it and there is a look-out basement for even more activities. A family bought it just as it was being completed and we never took anymore pictures. It is a beautiful home and we wish we had more pictures.
